The opportunity: We’re looking for a visionary Managing Director to lead our token securities platform. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of financial services, driving innovation and excellence in a dynamic and evolving industry.
What you will do:
- Lead the strategic development and execution of our token securities platform.
- Foster exceptional service delivery to private customers, leveraging your expertise in financial markets.
- Drive industry innovation and adopt cutting-edge technological solutions.
Who you are:
- Holder of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on customer consultancy.
- Expertise in blockchain and tokenization with a proven track record.
- Innovator in digitalization with experience implementing technological solutions.
- Fluent in English, German and/or Czech.
- Fit and proper as per NCA standards, with the ability to pass a Fit & Proper Test.
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused and goal-oriented approach.

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement is EUR 2,640.70 based on full-time employment (40 hours). We are open to salary negotiations above this minimum rate.
