Role Overview: Validvent is seeking a versatile and highly skilled Chief of Staff to oversee our subsidiaries controlling, legal function, and project management. This role is critical in aligning our strategic objectives with operational activities, ensuring effective management of legal matters, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of our subsidiaries, ensuring financial and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the legal function, handling compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Spearhead project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality of projects.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Stay abreast of developments in blockchain and web3 technologies to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and web3 technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple functions.
  • Excellent legal and financial acumen.
  • Advanced project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of both English and German – written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or qualification is a plus.

Salary Information:

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement is EUR 2,640.70. based on full-time employment (40 hours) as per the collective agreement for employees in tax consulting and auditing. We are open to salary negotiations above this minimum rate.
